Intergration

Our relationship with Entheogens is akin to that of a gardener tending to their garden - with carefully prepared soil and rows of lovingly planted fruit and vegetables. Integration is the key to ensuring that our harvest is nourishing, balanced, endlessly expanding, and honors the Spirit of the gifts we receive. It requires us to tend to our own garden by listening, watching, feeling, opening ourselves up to everything that comes forward, and contemplating its appearance. We spend time in silence and carefully navigate our words and stories. Integration is served by deep respect and appreciation for the garden within The Field of Energy from which All Things Come and All Things Return - knowing that We are That Energy coming into being in unique and beautiful ways. Here we realize that we are Sacred Ground in the Garden of Gods.

Reflecting on my integration practice, I see that every action, insight, surprise, and experience adds meaning and ballast to righting the Ship of Self. With curiosity and appreciation, I listen intently as the energy of memories and imagination becomes words and stories speaking to and through me. Through reading, prayer, silence, dance, and movement - every moment conveys Spirit and whispers sacred messages from The Field of Energy from which All Things Come and all Things Return.

I have realized that even simple tasks like washing dishes or feeding dogs hold profound significance when approached with reverence for tending the Garden of Self. Each moment offers an opportunity to deepen our connection with ourselves and the world around us - to honor the beauty within each experience.

For me, integration is an essential practice and way of being in the world, asking that I approach every moment with an open heart and mind - to be present and engaged in all life offers.

 

The practice of integration is a sacred journey - one that demands our full attention and devotion. It requires us to approach each moment with reverence and deep respect for the gifts that life bestows upon us. Offering Integration service is a Master's Gift earned through service to others with kindness and humility. We must listen deeply - sitting with the other like a river weaving its way back to the sea - honoring Spirit-in-the-Other through our presence and undivided attention.
