Practicing gratitude has profoundly impacted my life, from my emotional well-being to my spiritual growth and social relationships. The Three Pillars of Gratitude - Teachers, Family & Community - are an essential framework for me as I navigate the ups and downs of life. Teachers have inspired me to learn and grow; family has loved me unconditionally and supported me through personal uncertainties and efforts to develop, and my community has given me a sense of belonging that I cherish deeply.

Through practicing gratitude, I've come to appreciate these support pillars even more deeply, recognizing the immense value they bring to my life. Focusing on what I’m thankful for reminds me to remain grounded in the present rather than getting lost in worries about the future or regrets about the past. Gratitude helps me cultivate positive emotions like joy, contentment, and peace, which ripple into all aspects of my life.

I feel truly grateful for these three pillars, as tethers connecting me to my own life. They have helped shape who I am and continue to be a source of strength during challenging times.  Without them I'd be Lost in Space.
